The idea of HPM

If power meter is invented today, what should it look like?

Shouldn’t it be a power sensor with BLE connected to a smart phone?

This is it, HPM, a device you can see live and historical power usage in on your smartphone.

What is HPM consist of?

HPM is consist of a power detector and an App at phone side, the power detector should be installed in your home’s electric box, behind the main breaker, the App installed in your smart phone would connect and talk to it through BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and Wi-Fi.
